We are an insurance-approved vehicle accident repair centre committed to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
The Role
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers throughout the repair process. You will ensure a seamless customer journey from first notification of loss through to vehicle collection, while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions relating to accident repairs
- Provide regular updates on repair progress and timelines
- Liaise with insurers, engineers, and workshop teams
- Handle queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Support and mentor junior customer service colleagues
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the accident repair industry
- OR
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a main dealer service environment
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of insurance processes and vehicle repair workflows is desirable
