Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista/Server to join our team in creating and serving delicious coffee and beverages to our customers. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the front area
- Handle cash and card transactions and operate the POS.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Serve food orders for dine in, take away, and pick-up.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
