Job description:
We’re seeking a highly competent and safety-conscious CCDO Demolition Supervisor to join our team delivering professional demolition projects across London, Kent, and the Home Counties.
About the Role
You’ll oversee day-to-day demolition activities on a variety of sites, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, CDM 2015, and the CCDO Code of Practice. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining a zero-harm culture while delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise demolition operatives and subcontractors on residential, commercial, and industrial sites
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inductions, and on-the-spot risk assessments
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols, PPE, plant operations, and material handling
- Liaise with clients, principal designers, and HSE representatives as required
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and incident documentation
Essential Requirements
- Valid CCDO Gold Card (Demolition Supervisor) – mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on site
(Occasional weekend or out-of-hours work may be required for specific project phases)
