What is the role?
We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented analyst to join our team, with a focus on turning data into clear and actionable insights that support day-to-day operational and business decision-making. As an Operations Analyst you will:

Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable insights to support operational and business decision-making.

Leverage SQL, ETL processes, and data visualisation tools to extract, transform, and analyse data, enabling accurate reporting and insight-driven recommendations.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate key performance trends and business outcomes.

Support the monitoring and interpretation of market trends, consumer behaviour, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.

Build an understanding of the fashion and retail landscape to provide context for performance analysis and decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational performance.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the business.
How you’ll do it…

Developing ability to interpret data and support storytelling that helps translate analysis into clear, actionable insights.

Good understanding of commercial principles, with an interest in fashion and retail industry trends and how they impact performance.

Proficient in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiar with using data analysis platforms to build reports and dashboards.

Working knowledge of SQL and ETL processes, with experience extracting, transforming, and analysing data to support reporting and insight delivery.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
