We are looking for a Supervisor for our newly reopened site in Osmington Mills.
The Sunray is the newest addition to the Fired-Up Hospitality Group, a boutique group of restaurants and pubs on in the South Coast comprising of Nusara, The Old Thatch, The Goods Yard, The Greyhound and The Old Beams. We are looking for a strong supervisor with a wealth of experience in the industry. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile with customers, delivering A* Hospitality, and are looking for someone to reflect that ethos. We are looking for someone with a genuine love for the industry! You will be responsible for assisting the General and Assistant Managers with all aspects of running of the venue, as well as performing opening and closing procedures.
Criteria:
- Experience running shifts in a busy restaurant or pub environment, and of opening and closing procedures
- Excells in communicating and maintaining excellent relationships with a team of staff
- Experience working with systems such as Touch Office and Rotaready (EPOS and Rota Management)
