Overview of the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation meets the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. The Quality Manager will promote and oversee performance improvement activities that support achieving quality benchmarks and will promote the use of technology of services. The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining our vision and plan, ensuring quality outcomes for the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems, policies and procedures
- Have overall responsibility for ensuring that suitable audit and procedures are in place and adhered to, thereby making our filing and record systems fit the purpose of the organisation
- To work closely with the operations team to ensure data is collated from a range of sources to effectively improve quality and performance of provision
- Management of Health and Safety, Maintenance Systems and Procedures within the organisation
- Work with the HR team and support the recruitment and compliance for all employees
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standard
- Conduct regular inspection and audit to ensure compliance standards
- Investigate and resolve stakeholder complaints regarding quality issues
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality assurance to the Board of Directors and Operations team.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Quality
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft software, including word and excel
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends
- The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks using own initiative and working to tight deadlines
- Have experience of managing relationships with central functions and operations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
