The Portobello Hotel, is a luxury boutique hotel located in the quiet street in the centre of West London 's Notting Hill. The hotel is famed for its eclectic spirit and eccentric charm.
We are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our team, who has previous experience in a similar hotel. For somebody with great customer care skills, excellent telephone manner and a good level team work and somebody who has some hotel luxury boutique hotel experience already.
This is a fully operations role.
Do you have a passion for looking after guests and making them feel looked after?
Making reservations, taking payments on invoices, sending and receiving emails.
Our front desk system is Mews and it would be an advantage but not essential if you have used this previously.
This position is based on a working week of 40hrs, with a mixture of early and late shifts ( 7am -3.30pm or 3pm - 11pm) and this would be any 5 days out of 7.
Annual salary £30,160.00.
