We are currently seeking a Patient Coordinator with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Peckham Dental Clinic. This is a part-time maternity cover position for up to one year. .

Hours: Monday - Thursday 10.00 - 18.00 .
You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.
The main duties will include:
- Working alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Leading the receptionist team and to support training of other new receptionists within the region
- Answering the phone, responding to email enquiries and completing other required tasks
- Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
- Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
