Honeyrose Bakery is an artisan gluten free and organic bakery, producing a range of award winning sweet and savoury biscuits, cookies, flapjacks and brownies for major retailers and independent coffee shops. We work exclusively with first class raw materials and making products from scratch with absolutely no additives or pre-mixes. We are currently recruiting a motivated packing operative to work in our award winning, quality accredited bakery in Park Royal (5 minute walk from Harlesden station).
Role Summary
As a Production/Packing Operative, you will prepare and pack high-quality handmade organic and conventional sweet and savoury biscuits, cookies and bars while following company procedures, food safety standards, and health and safety rules. You will work with your team leader to meet production targets, ensure products meet quality standards, and help deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products according to company procedures and production plans.
- Ensure products meet quality standards for colour, size, and weight.
- Follow food safety procedures, including HACCP and allergen policies.
- Report quality issues, production errors, or equipment faults to your manager.
- Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Complete quality control and traceability checks.
- Keep the work area clean and follow the cleaning schedule.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and use equipment safely.

Pay: £12.71-£13.35 per hour
