Full Time Role
We're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Horticulturalist to join our friendly and professional gardening team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about plants and horticulture, with strong practical experience in the care and maintenance of gardens. We're seeking someone with exceptional plant knowledge who can confidently identify, care for and manage a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and perennial plants, ensuring our clients' gardens look their very best throughout the seasons.
Working across a portfolio of high-quality private gardens, estates and commercial properties, you'll take pride in delivering outstanding horticultural standards, working both independently and as part of a supportive team. What we are looking for:
Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a passion for plants and gardening.
- Must be able to interact well with customers
- Carry out garden maintenance tasks to a high standard
- Must be able to demonstrate understanding of plant care and pruning
- Full, clean UK drivers license (ideally)
