Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sale office Administrator to support our production team and sales administrative functions. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and computer literacy skills, with experience in sales administration, and customer service. You will play a vital role in maintaining client relationships, managing data, liaising with production team and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Duties
- First point of contact for Customer Enquires
- Sales and Purchasing order processing
- Coordinate with suppliers to get raw materials and components on time
- Stock control liaising with production and the production planning schedules
- Manage administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Orgainse 3rd Party deliveries
- Utilise Sage accounting software for invoicing and financial record keeping
- Ensure organisational efficiency through effective time management and prioritisation of tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth business operations
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting systems is desirable
- Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Computer literacy with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
