Summary
As a Radiologic Technologist at NHS Professionals, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical imaging services. This position allows you to work flexibly across various NHS Trusts in Great Britain, contributing to patient care and supporting the healthcare community.
This is a Senior Radiographer position so newly qualified Radiographers will not be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at Band 5 level to take the next steps into a Band 6 role.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, MRI, and CT scans as per physician requests.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures while providing excellent patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to discuss imaging results and patient care plans.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and departmental protocols.
Requirement
.HCPC Registration
· University Degree in MRI Radiography or equivalent
· Experience using Hive/Sectra
· Experience using Siemens and GE MRI Scanners
