Production Operator
Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operator on behalf of our client in Ballynahinch.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on and experienced Production Operator with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your duties will include:

Working across different stages of the production process

Kitting and preparing components for production
-
PCB assembly
-
Cable assembly
-
Mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly
-
Panel building
-
Cabinet integration and wiring
-
Full product builds
-
Working across different production areas as required
-
Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
-
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
-
Working effectively as part of a busy production team
Requirements
-
At least 1 year's production or manufacturing experience

Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly is desirable

Excellent attention to detail
-
A reliable, hardworking and positive approach
-
The ability to follow instructions and work to high-quality standards
-
Flexibility and willingness to learn new production processes
-
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
