As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering professional, customer-focused service while ensuring we consistently meet agreed KPIs and SLAs. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to provide efficient solutions and contribute to a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Office Location: Shepton Mallet
Office Hours: 8am - 5:30pm
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer service across our business streams.
Handling customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
Meeting performance targets and service level agreements.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
