ECF are offering a fixed term maternity contract for the 'Customer Front of House Team' and therefore we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team.
You may already have experience in a customer facing role - preferably within an Accident Repair Centre or within an Aftersales Department of the motor trade if not, we would consider a trainee with a suitable work history showing relevant experience.
You will be comfortable with using all aspects of I.T. whilst demonstrating a confident manner and be able to work within a small team. Our customers are sometimes distressed following an accident and therefore you will need to have an empathetic nature and be both a good listener and a great communicator.
ECF are a Mercedes - Volkswagen - Audi - Skoda - Seat -Cupra - MG - KIA manufacturer approved repair facility, established in 1957
Please note - you must hold a full current car driving licence to be considered for this position.
The package offered will be based on your previous experience and we will provide opportunities to enhance your earnings via various company bonus schemes (the starting salary quoted is only a guide!).
Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job role and a genuine understanding/interest in cars/driving would be helpful.
