Construction Cleaner – Full-Time, Permanent.

The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Site / Plot Cleaner to join our team.
You will be responsible for preparing completed house plots to a high standard ready for snagging, inspection, handover and sale across **multiple new-build sites**. The role is mainly focused on plot cleaning, with some welfare cleaning also required.
A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
Plot / House Cleaning (main focus)
- Carry out full builders’ cleans once trades have finished
- Perform detailed sparkle cleans to show-home / handover standard
- Remove construction dust, debris, paint/plaster spots, adhesive residue, stickers and protective film
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, doors, frames, skirtings, fixtures and fittings
- Ensure every plot meets quality and presentation standards before handover
- Report any defects or snags found during cleaning to site management
Welfare & Site Cleaning
- Clean and maintain site offices, welfare cabins, toilets, canteens and rest areas - Replenish consumables (toilet rolls, soap, hand towels etc.) - Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly
- Keep work areas tidy and safe
General
- Travel between different new-build sites as required (company vehicle)
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly
- Follow all site health & safety rules, RAMS and inductions
- Work flexibly and prioritise workloads across multiple plots
- Maintain a tidy and professional working environment at all times
Requirements
- Ability to pass a DBS check and police vetting process
- Valid CSCS labourer or above card (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (Clean licence preferred)
- Over 21 for Company Vehicle Insurance purposes
- Previous experience of construction site or new-build plot cleaning (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finish
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking - Ability to work independently and manage your own time across different locations
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual cleaning tasks

Pay: £13.25-£14.00 per hour
Experience:
- Construction Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- IPAF (preferred)
- CSCS (preferred)
