We are looking for a professional, reliable and security-conscious Security Driver to join our specialist team transporting high-value and luxury goods throughout London and the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in security, secure transport, high-value deliveries, close protection support, cash & valuables, courier services or similar environments.
SIA training and licensing will be provided for successful applicants who do not already hold a valid SIA licence.
The Role
As a Security Driver, you will be responsible for the secure transportation of valuable goods while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely collect and deliver high-value shipments in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all goods are securely loaded, protected and transported safely.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic records.
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and keep company vehicles clean and presentable.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company security, quality assurance and health & safety procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally at all times.
- Liaise with security providers, clients and internal departments to coordinate collections and deliveries.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows and client events when required.
- Assist the Vault and Warehouse Manager with operational duties as required.
- Work accurately within strict security procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.

Desirable Experience
Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with experience in:
- Security driving or secure transport.
- Delivering or handling high-value goods, luxury products or sensitive consignments.
- Security Officer, Mobile Patrol or Close Protection support roles.
- Courier or logistics roles involving valuable items.
- Working within highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
- Good knowledge of London and the surrounding areas.
- Basic IT and smartphone proficiency.
Pre-Employment Screening
Due to the highly sensitive nature of this role, successful applicants must successfully complete:
- Enhanced DBS Check.
- Comprehensive five-year employment and background screening.
- Applicants must not have any unexplained gaps in employment exceeding 28 consecutive days. Any gaps must be supported with appropriate documentation.
- Driving licence verification.
