We have a new opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Administrator to join our team in Oldham.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, working 28 hours per week from Monday to Thursday, on a hybrid working basis.
The Learning & Development team supports colleagues across the business by providing access to training and development opportunities that help them succeed and grow. As a Senior Learning & Development Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for L&D enquiries, delivering excellent customer service to colleagues, managers and external training providers.
In this role, you will use systems including Oracle, to manage training bookings, maintain learner records and support the delivery of learning activities. You will also help colleagues access training in a virtual environment, resolve queries and adapt your communication style to effectively support people from all areas and levels of the business.

Good oral and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
