Toolchimp Ltd is looking for an individual to fulfil the role of ‘Assistant Warehouseman’ to join our growing team on a permanent basis. Applicants MUST be able to drive with access to a vehicle for travel to and from work due to our rural location.

Please note that there will be opportunity to progress within this role as the warehouse team expands and a Warehouse Manager is required.
What will you be doing:
- Working as part of a team to ensure all duties are done as efficiently and accurately as possible
- Receiving and booking in deliveries
- Picking goods to a specified list using our handheld terminals
- Shipping parcels out via our contracted couriers
- Maintenance of stock and appropriate paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Carrying out other tasks and duties as required
Experience / Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic
- Ability to be focused on the tasks within the role
- Professional attitude to the workplace
- This role involves manual handling and as such requires a certain level of physical fitness
- Ability to communicate effectively and work under own initiative
- Ability to be organised and tidy in all aspects of the job
- An ability to prioritise your workload

- Whilst experience and knowledge on any of the duties would be excellent it is by no means required for the right applicant.
- There is freedom to bring your own ideas to the table, however candidates will also need to be comfortable working independently.

Training:
- With each duty listed above you shall be provided with full 1 to 1 training
