Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and motivating a team of retail staff
- Managing inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Implementing visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer queries or complaints
- Leading and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Conducting administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Training and developing team members to deliver outstanding performance
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Excellent organisational skills to manage store operations efficiently
- Proficiency in time management to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills
