Competitive Pay – Because You Matter
- £13.45 per hour for contracted hours (Real Living Wage Employer)
- £15.75 per hour for all hours worked above your contracted hours
About the Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
- Delivering structured daily activities and supporting people to access their local community.
- Promoting independence by developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Providing emotional wellbeing and mental health support.
- Encouraging and supporting individuals with personal care, including washing, bathing and maintaining good hygiene.
- Working as part of a dedicated team to create safe, person-centred support plans that enable people to thrive.

✔ Hold, or are working towards, a Level 2, 3 or 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
Working Pattern
- Full-Time – 30 hours per week
- Day shifts
- 8 and 12-hour shifts
- Sleep-ins
- Weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
- Overtime opportunities available
