Hybrid working with an office day in Bridgwater or Northampton
Help us shape how we connect with our customers?
We are a fast-moving, digitally advanced, omni-channel retailer with an ambitious growth strategy. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and experienced CRM Executive or Assistant CRM Manager to join our fast-growth Customer Team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact, data-driven CRM campaigns and play a vital role in our success.
You'll be delivering insight-driven CRM campaigns across our full multi-channel ecosystem—including email, push notifications, in-app, loyalty and direct mail. Working closely with the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll own campaigns end-to-end: planning, executing, and continuously optimising to bring our trading plan to life.
Your focus will be ensuring our customers receive highly personalised, segmented, and relevant communications. You will dig into the "why" behind results, using data to refine our strategy and uncover new opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
Key responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Deployment: Own end-to-end campaign lifecycles across Email, App, Loyalty, Push, and Direct Mail, ensuring consistent and complementary customer experiences.
-
Personalisation & Strategy: Leverage data and insights to build intelligent segmentation and targeting strategies that drive performance.
-
Test & Learn: Champion a robust A/B testing strategy to continuously enhance conversion metrics and improve the customer journey.
-
Platform Mastery: Act as a "Super User" for our marketing technology stack (e.g., Bloomreach, Ecrebo), driving operational efficiency and innovation.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Campaign, Commercial, and Insights teams to align CRM activity with overarching trading objectives.
-
Professional Development: Step in as a deputy for the Senior CRM Marketing Manager when needed and support the development of junior team members.
What you'll bring
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You can think on your feet, adapt to change quickly, and proactively challenge the status quo.
-
Ownership: You are self-motivated, take pride in your work, and aren't afraid to create your own ideas and strategic recommendations.
-
Analytical Mindset: You have a proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
-
Experience: You bring solid experience delivering CRM campaigns across multiple channels and are comfortable using marketing automation platforms.
-
Communication: You are a confident collaborator who can influence stakeholders and effectively convey information.
What you'll get
We’ll support you to grow your skills and develop your career, with the freedom to explore different paths, whether that’s progressing in role, moving across the business, or developing within the wider Travis Perkins Group. You’ll be encouraged to bring your full self to work, with access to training, development programmes and opportunities that help you reach your potential.
Alongside this, you’ll receive a great range of benefits, including 22 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays, a company pension and life assurance. There’s also a bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, save-as-you-earn options, and 20% discount across Travis Perkins companies, as well as financial support, family-friendly policies, recognition awards and discounts at over 1,000 retailers.
Toolstation. The story so far.
We’re one of Britain’s fastest growing multi-channel retailers of tools, accessories and building supplies. Backed by Travis Perkins plc, our freedom to operate as a nimble, entrepreneurial business means we’re now well established and have even bigger plans. The trade, home improvers and self-builders all trust us to deliver a lot more than tools and in our network of almost 600 branches and distribution centres throughout the UK, we all work together to get the job done. And with plans to open many more branches this year, we always have opportunities for great retail professionals who want to grow with us.
