Salary: Up to £51,000 dependent upon experience

About the role:
SpaMedica’s growth relies on trusted professional relationships with community optometrists, corporate optical partners and NHS stakeholders who refer patients into its services.
The B2B Marketing Lead is responsible for delivering SpaMedica’s national referrer marketing programmes. The role focuses on professional audiences rather than patients and exists to increase referral confidence, engagement and preference across both NHS and private services, including Freedom Vision.
The role translates marketing strategy into structured engagement, communications and education programmes that support field outreach, strengthen clinical credibility and improve referral performance across regions.
In simple terms, the role ensures practices understand SpaMedica’s services, trust the clinical pathways and consistently choose to refer patients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential

Experience in B2B marketing, engagement marketing or partnership marketing

Experience communicating with professional or regulated audiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Project and campaign planning experience

Ability to translate complex services into clear messaging
Desirable
-
Healthcare or NHS-adjacent experience

Experience supporting field or account management teams

Experience with education, CPD or events

Experience working within multi-site organisations

Understanding of referral-based services
