At The Lettings Hub, we're looking for confident and motivated Sales Executives to join our successful Home Insurance team. You'll speak with customers who are already moving home through one of our trusted letting agent partners, helping them protect their belongings with the right home contents insurance.

What you'll be doing
As one of our Sales Executives, you'll:
- Contact warm leads generated through our market-leading Referencing service.
- Speak with customers over the telephone to understand their individual needs.
- Recommend suitable Home Contents Insurance products that provide genuine value and protection.
- Build trust and rapport through honest, consultative conversations.
- Manage your pipeline effectively to maximise every sales opportunity.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Ensure every sale is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve both individual and team targets.
What we're looking for
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Have previous experience in insurance or regulated telephone sales.
- Are confident speaking with customers and enjoy building rapport.
- Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Are organised and able to effectively manage your own workload.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Can adapt your sales approach to suit different customer needs.
- Are resilient, positive and motivated by success.
- Have good IT skills and are comfortable using multiple systems.
- Take pride in providing excellent customer service alongside strong sales results.
