Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and supervise team members including servers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the premises.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement training programmes for staff development in areas such as hospitality, serving techniques, and food safety.
- Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.
- Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets.
- Maintain consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction scores.
- Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure full compliance with all operational and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff.
- Previous experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive working environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant’s operational hours.
- Good understanding of food and beverage operations and financial controls.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
