Duties include:
The Travel Assistance Service arrange and monitor transport for children and adults to schools and day centres across the Doncaster borough. We are looking to appoint a Passenger Assistant to ensure the safety of children travelling to and from Coppice School in Hatfield. It is essential that the successful candidate has good communication skills, experience being responsible for children and able to form good relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
First aid training and knowledge of movement and handling would be desirable as would previous experience of working with children, particularly children with behavioural and/or additional needs.
