Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic (Performance & Track Cars)
Location: Eastleigh (Commutable from Southampton, Winchester, Chandler's Ford, Romsey, Hedge End)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30) + Alternate Saturday Mornings (Half Day)

- Carrying out advanced diagnostic fault-finding on everything from high-performance street cars to bespoke supercars

Executing full mechanical repairs, precision servicing, routine maintenance, and complex engine rebuilds

Ensuring every custom modification or high-spec repair meets strict safety and performance standards for both road and track

Utilizing top-tier tools to deliver meticulous craftsmanship without corporate targets rushing your work
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Experience: Strong mechanical repair competence with a background in fast-paced or specialist workshops

Mindset: A methodical, problem-solving approach with extreme attention to detail

Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
