We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Repair Technician to join our repair department at WeBuyAnyPhone.
As a Junior Repair Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, protecting margins, and supporting the wider operational success of the business. This crucial role involves performing Level 1 and Level 2 repairs across a wide range of devices and models, ensuring they are restored to a sellable condition.

The Details:
Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel)
Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays!)
Salary - £25,000 per year
Your role will involve (but is not limited to):
- Ensuring all repairs are completed in line with company and industry standards
- Repairing devices to a sellable state with minimal failures or errors
- Polishing devices to improve their sellable grade
- Working in an organised and timely manner to meet department demands
- Supporting the team and contributing to overall departmental performance
