We're Comms Circle. We help UK businesses get their telecoms and connectivity right — straight answers, reliable support, no nonsense. We've been doing it for over five years, we're growing fast, and we're building a serious sales team. This role is for people who back themselves to perform.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN
The basic salary is £32,000. It's intentionally lean — we built it that way. The commission is where this role pays. We offer a tiered structure that rewards performance directly — the more GP you close, the higher your rate. There's no cap and no ceiling. A consistent performer is looking at £40,000–£46,000 in year one. Strong performers regularly exceed that. We'll walk you through the full structure at the interview.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This is a full 360 role. You'll work on company-provided leads and generate your own. You'll own the full sales cycle — from first call to signed deal — and manage your pipeline in CRM. Meetings happen in person when needed. Everything else happens from our East London office.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're a strong communicator — clear, confident, and credible with business owners and decision-makers. You're target-driven, organised with your pipeline, and you don't need hand-holding to get moving.
B2B sales experience preferred. Telecoms experience is a bonus but not essential — if you can build trust, handle objections and close business, we'll teach you the rest.
