GROUNDWORKER – Deep Drainage
We are seeking experienced Groundworkers with strong deep drainage expertise for a busy housing project in Dover.
This role is ideally suited to operatives who are confident working on deep drainage systems, complex installations, and below-ground infrastructure.
Key Duties
- Installation of water drainage systems, including deep drainage runs

Gullies, laterals, and manholes installation to specification

Working in deep trenches, ensuring correct benching, shoring, and safe working practices

Laying and aligning pipes to correct levels and falls

Installation of ducting and service crossings

Confident working around live services, using safe digging and avoidance techniques

Supporting road formation and external works associated with drainage

Operating dumpers (valid tickets required) to support drainage activities

Working safely alongside plant and other site operations

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
