An experienced Timber Garden Room Installer is responsible for the construction and installation of wooden garden rooms, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The job typically involves the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation: Assess the site, measure dimensions, and prepare the location for installation.
Construction: Build timber frames, walls, roofs, and floors according to design specifications.
Installation: Fit windows, doors, and roofing materials, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
Finishing Touches: Apply finishes, including paint, varnish, or stains, to enhance aesthetics and durability.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations during the construction process.
Maintenance: Provide recommendations for maintenance and care of the garden room upon completion.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Carpentry: Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred.
Knowledge of Timber Materials: Understanding of different types of timber and their properties.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in workmanship.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges and find effective solutions on-site.

Full clean driving licence is a must.
