Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence to ensure seamless workflow
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them appropriately
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle logistical arrangements for practice events or team gatherings
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic financial record-keeping to support practice administration
- Conduct analysis of operational processes to identify efficiencies and implement improvements
- Support team members with administrative needs, including supply management and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles within a professional setting preferred
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate workflows and suggest enhancements for efficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
