Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundworks Labourer to join our team in Charlton. You will support groundworkers on a variety of residential and commercial projects, helping to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation, drainage, concreting, kerbing, and paving works.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain safe, clean work areas.
- Support groundworkers with setting out and general site tasks.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Carry out general labouring duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous construction or groundworks experience is preferred.
- CSCS Card required.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
