We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly Outpatient Team in One Ashford Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of clinical care, including:

Providing safe, effective and compassionate direct patient care, including the administration of medications and vaccinations.
- Carrying out comprehensive health assessments and developing individualised care plans in partnership with patients and the wider healthcare team.
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, adapting care plans where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate, timely and confidential electronic patient records.
- Supporting and educating patients and their families on health management, treatment and disease prevention.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure patients receive a seamless and positive experience.
- Ensuring all clinical practice complies with health and safety requirements, professional standards and organisational policies.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, learning and professional development.
- Participating in relevant training and development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and experienced Registered Nurse who can demonstrate:

Current Registered Nurse qualification and registration.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant nursing speciality, such as Child Health or Sexual Health, would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in general practice nursing.
- Previous experience using electronic medical record systems.
- Experience administering medications and vaccinations.
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and workload.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
