Responsibilities
- Deal with tenant and landlord enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Register applicants and match tenants to suitable rental properties
- Book and manage lettings appointments, including valuations and viewings
- Support the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Keep tenant, landlord, and property records accurate and up to date
- Assist with preparing tenancy paperwork and referencing checks
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication
- Help progress tenancies from enquiry through to move-in
- Support general office duties within a busy lettings environment
***Full UK driving licence and access to a car required due to property visits and inspections***
Qualifications
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using email, phone systems, and basic IT tools
- Friendly and professional customer service approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
