Night Shift – Warehouse Operative
Full Time | 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Fixed shifts,
Friday through to Saturday Inclusive
i.e. (Friday 10:30pm – Saturday 8:00am) – Delivery Day
Additional hours required during peak periods (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s, Christmas & wedding season)
The Role:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Handling, preparing and stocktaking of cut flowers
- Loading and unloading vans
- Supporting the smooth running of overnight operations
- Working within a temperature-controlled environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse or team environment preferred
- GCSEs (or equivalent)

- Enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking
- Strong timekeeping and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours
- Physically fit (role involves lifting)
- Able to provide solid references
