Quick Overview
- Hours - 4 x 12.5 hour shifts, followed by 4 days off. This pattern will repeat, alternating weeks between day and night shifts. The day shift is 06:00-18:30 and the night shift is 18:00-06:30.
- Location: In person (Avonmouth).

What You’ll Be Doing:-
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the spray drying food production process. To ensure that all products are manufactured to the correct specifications.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Sieving product, filling and changing bags while minimising product spillage and contamination.
- Prep and make slurries and ensure the raw material batch numbers are recorded correctly.
- Complete ingredient blends and liquids. Correct labelling of product.
- Ensure that product is weighed accurately.
- Ensure that all bags are clean and dust free before the product is palletised and stored.
- Maintain a clean and clear working environment for smooth flow of production.
- Responsible for bringing to the attention of the shift supervisor any issues that arise during the shift.
- Immediately report any slurry or product spillages to the supervisor.
- Follow reasonable instructions from your supervisor.
- Wear appropriate PPE for the specific task.
The Ideal Candidate:-
No experience needed – we offer full training!
We are looking for driven people who want to get involved and succeed in our fast-paced company. You need to have basic reading and writing skills for recording batch numbers, have good attention to detail and basic computer skills for sending emails.
You need to be physically fit and be able to lift 25kg comfortably.
FLT licence would be an advantage but not necessary as the company will organise for you to be trained and certified.
We are looking for individuals with a problem solving and "can do attitude".
You MUST be able to reliably commute to Avonmouth and be comfortable working day and night shifts on a rotation basis.
