modern traveller.
The Opportunity…
The Seven Hotel requires an experienced hands-on waiter/waitress for a Modern British
restaurant and bar with 70 covers. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea
and dinner daily. There is also a bar and lounge that operates between 9am–11pm.
- Maximise the guest experience within the bar and restaurant
- To enhance sales with the bar and restaurant and increase sales through upselling
- Be a focal point of welcoming guests
- Ensure the highest standards of service and anticipate client needs at all times
- Become a restaurant product and menu advisor
- Develop an understanding and delivery of SEVEN Hotel Values & Principles
- Be provided with continuous training and being motivated within the team
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and standards throughout the business
You…
- Previous experience of working in a high volume restaurant, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Have a passion for hospitality, great quality fresh food, customers and people
- Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
- A strong, ambitious individual, looking for a challenge, driven by 100% customer satisfaction
- Open-minded and flexible with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
