The Opportunity
We are recruiting for 4-5 Skilled Hard Landscapers to join an award-winning and growing landscape construction company.
These are full-time permanent positions offering long-term stability, training and career progression.
We are particularly interested in candidates around Sudbury, Ipswich and the surrounding areas. The team travels together to projects and pick-up arrangements are available depending on where you live. Travel time is paid.
You don't necessarily need to come directly from landscaping. Candidates from construction, horticulture or farming backgrounds will also be considered where they have relevant groundworks experience.
We're looking for practical, reliable people who can use their initiative and, once given a task, are confident getting on with the job.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out hard landscaping and groundworks

Paving, brickwork, footings and small retaining walls

Set out works and levels accurately

Work from drawings and specifications

Operate landscaping machinery, plant and tools safely

Complete allocated tasks using your own initiative

Work effectively as part of the landscaping team

Maintain high standards of workmanship

Follow Health and Safety procedures
Requirements
-
Previous hard landscaping, groundworks or similar practical experience

Experience with paving, brickwork, footings, levels or similar groundworks

Comfortable using tools, equipment and machinery

Able to work independently and use your initiative

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Good attention to detail

CSCS card advantageous but not essential

Driving licence advantageous but not essential
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7.30am to 4.00pm onsite
Minimum 40 onsite hours per week.
Travel time is paid in addition to your onsite hours, typically taking the working week to around 40-46 paid hours, depending on project location.
The team travels together, with pick-up arrangements available depending on where you live.
