About the Role:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining site operations by overseeing engineering and maintenance repairs, handling breakdowns, and executing planned and preventative maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Engineering and Maintenance repairs on-site, largely for Production Machinery and some building repairs.

Fixing rollers, small gearboxes, and small motors, as well as hydraulics and pneumatics.

Supporting the team with machinery breakdowns as needed and contributing to some maintenance planning.

Ensuring smooth operations across the site as part of a wider maintenance team.
About You:

Key Skills or Qualifications:

Time-Served Apprenticeship in Mechanical Maintenance or relevant discipline, or NVQ 3 as a minimum with related industry experience.

Desirable: Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, or fast-moving production machinery.
