We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance, including planting, trimming, mowing, and general garden care
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
- Support construction activities by preparing sites, moving materials, and performing basic assembly tasks
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, tools, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
- Help with the installation and repair of irrigation systems and other outdoor infrastructure
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to operate or learn how to operate equipment such as excavators or other small machinery
- Strong interest in outdoor work, gardening, or horticulture fields
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory
