Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery in a food production environment
-Working in a busy production line with Beef, Pork and Lamb. Using Vacuum packing machinery and strapping machinery.
- Heavy lifting and loading.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure product quality and safety
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Skills:
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Experience in food production or related field is preferred.
