We are seeking a motivated and experienced HubSpot Services Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in onboarding new clients to the HubSpot platform, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of HubSpot tools. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and customization of HubSpot tools.
- Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on various HubSpot features and best practices to ensure they can effectively use the platform.
- Consultation: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on how to best utilise HubSpot to meet their business objectives.
- Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or issues promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed onboarding documentation and training materials to support clients and internal team members.
- Project Management: Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
