Plover Hygiene is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced window cleaner to help drive the growth of our window and exterior cleaning division.
This isn’t just another job — it’s an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a developing part of the business. You’ll be trusted to work independently, contribute to how we operate, and help set the standard as we scale.
The Role
You’ll be working across a range of commercial and industrial sites, delivering high-quality window and exterior cleaning services. Alongside day-to-day operations, you’ll also support the growth of the division by assisting with quoting and advising on best approaches, with full backing from our office team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Traditional and water-fed pole (WFP) window cleaning
- Industrial pressure washing and exterior surface cleaning
- Cladding cleaning
- Graffiti removal
- Supporting job pricing and site assessments
- Maintaining exceptional standards of safety and quality
You’ll be operating a brand new, custom-built van.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is:
- Highly experienced in both traditional and WFP window cleaning
- Confident working independently on commercial/industrial sites
- Comfortable contributing to quoting and job planning
- Committed to high standards of workmanship and safety
- A team player who is willing to support and mentor less experienced colleagues
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
(Full training can be provided where required.)
