Overview
We are recruiting for HGV 1 Drivers for (Guaranteed Shifts). Sunday - Saturday ( any days you may be available )This position offers Temp to Perm opportunities.

About the HGV 1 Driver Role:
Duties
- Working days are
- Start times between 3am-5am
- Guaranteed work / Temp to Perm opportunities
- Pay Rates are £22.00 Days £24.00 Nights (Weekdays), £30.00ph (Saturday), £34.00ph (Sunday / BH)
- Delivering chilled Ambient and frozen foods across the South West
- Store deliveries 2/3 drops per day
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards
- Secure cargo properly using appropriate methods and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations during operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven experience driving HGV 1 vehicles
- Full valid CE Licence, Digi Card & Drivers CPC Card
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences (No DR's, DD's etc)
- Excellent organisational skills to manage schedules efficiently
- Ability to operate vehicles safely under various weather conditions
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
