Essential:
- Live locally to Crewe and Nantwich
- Have a driving licence and your own vehicle
- Be flexible and be able to respond to the needs of our Clients
- Be available to work alternate weekends
- Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care
- At least 2 years experience in Health & Social Care.
- Proficient in IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Duties:
- Supervise and support care staff members.
- Develop and implement care plans for clients.
- Conduct regular spot checks and observations.
- On Call duties (additional payment)
Desirable:
- Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care but not essential.
- Experience in the home care sector
