We are looking for a passionate Animal lover that is friendly, eager, hard-working and reliable to join our busy team.
Full training will be provided in detail about all aspects of the job but previous cattery, kennel or general professional animal experience would be preferred.
Someone studying animals would also be suited to the role.
A successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills be a genuine caring person with a passion for animals and be able to provide exceptional care for peoples beloved fury friends.
The Cattery working hours are made up of 2 split shifts (7:45AM-10:30AM / 4:45PM-6:30PM MON-FRI) (9.15AM-11AM / 5.15PM-6:45PM SAT&SUN)
We are currently looking for AN OUTSTANDING FULL TIME PERSON TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
You must have a passion for animals, be friendly, hardworking and reliable.
You must be able to work on your own or as part of a team
Pay attention to detail and follow Cattery procedures to a high standard at all times
Hold a full Uk driving license with your own transport
FOR IMMEDIATE START.
Duties include -
Caring for all cats staying with us as if they were your own
Following feeding instructions tailored to every cat staying with us
Administering any medications following instructions left by the owner
Keeping general cleanliness of the cattery and thoroughly cleaning dirty pens after departures
Seeing customers in and out with arrivals and departures
Answering the phone/emails, creating/amending bookings and answering customer queries, taking payments and other general admin tasks.
Computer skills are essential.
