Brief Description:
You'll work within the Readiness and Resilience team based in our York Rail Operating Centre to provide project management skill and rigour to deliver change projects for our frontline Operations teams.
Whether you are working to deliver new operational working environments for our signallers or controllers, coordinating and tracking delivery of new training or helping to integrate new technology to support our teams, you will be making a difference to improve performance and safety for the East Coast Main Line Railway.
You don't need to be a railway operations expert for this role, but being enthusiastic to learn and staying close to our end users is a must to be able to ensure we deliver projects that will make a difference for them.
This vacancy is Band 4B, salary £35,582 per annum
Location : East Coast Route
Contract : Full-time
