Duties
- Gatehouse management and Vehicle access control.
- Verification of authorised vehicles and Driver and delivery registration.
- Contractor access and Recording vehicle movements. Checking delivery and collection information where required.
- Directing drivers to designated loading/unloading locations
- Preventing unauthorised vehicle access and Monitoring pedestrian movements through the gate and also Maintaining clear access for emergency services.
- Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams and Supporting vehicle searches where required
- Maintaining gatehouse documentation and electronic records.
- Reporting suspicious or unusual activity and Emergency vehicle access management.
Experience
- Prior experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong understanding of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of loss prevention practices to deter theft and unauthorized activity
- Ability to perform basic first aid procedures confidently and effectively
- Excellent observational skills with a focus on detail-oriented surveillance and incident reporting

Pay: £13.00-£13.45 per hour
