The Role
As our Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple road marking and highway maintenance contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple contracts from award to completion
- Plan works and allocate resources
- Liaise with clients, authorities and contractors
- Manage budgets, costs and profitability
- Ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Build strong client relationships
We're looking for
- Experience as a Contracts Manager
- Background in road marking, highways, surfacing, traffic management or civil engineering
- Strong organisational skills
- Commercial awareness & budget management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS (preferred)
- CSCS (preferred)
